We chose Canopy Office due to their flexibility to adapt the system to our specific need and the good price. We have been very happy with our webshop solution and the service agreement allowing us to modify and get good support when needed. We have automated the entire booking process from phone and SMS to entire web based through our webshop, making it fully automatic and integrated with the accounting office as well.
Delivery are made faster without the need of hiring more people for support and customer care, and the complete process from orders are made until the the product has been delivered to the customers by trucks are done digitally. We now have full control of the movement of stocks and can handle a large number of customers and give excellent support at the same time.

Canopy Office has automated our administration processes and streamlined our organization, and making a beautiful new website for us that is fully integrated with our members list and possibility for online registration for new members.
The system is very easy to use, and with the automated invoice module – we don’t have to spend much time on invoicing or following up unpaid invoices. For us, the e-mail client is important so we can send out newsletters and communicate with members and at the same time have a complete history of each contact.

We are using Canopy from Early February 2014. Most appreciated and positively surprising was general attitude towards us as a customer and time spent with us to find the right solution.
So far we are using partly customized version of Canopy Office targeting to registration of students, handling of payments for courses and distribution of certification. Our target was to create order in paper work and general administration – and this we succeeded well. We estimated to save about 50% on invoicing alone. This is great value for us.

Yes, we are absolutely happy with Canopy. All 4 people in main office are using the system, each of them from their own work perspective. Most of all we welcome the absolutely simple management of products. Our company only has 4 products with about 20 design variants for each of them - and it was hopeless search for simple storage management equivalent to our need, until Canopy Office presented their way. Now we are running Canopy Web shop, Storage management and Order system, very successfully. Pricewise Canopy offered the best price and they fulfill their promises to the last.
