I HAVE MORE THAN ONE COMPANY
If you have more than one company, you can use your same log in for all of your companies, and easily switch between them in the menu when you are logged in. All companies will be invoiced separately according to use.
HOW TO ORDER
New customers
To order our products, you will need to register with us first. When you have entered your data, you will have the option to select the modules you would like to use. Click “free trial” in the menu to get started.
Existing customers
If you are existing customer with us, you can log in directly from this website by clicking the “login” button. Here you also can buy additional modules that are added automatically to your existing system.
PAYMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duration of contract
After the trial period there is a binding contract for minimum 3 months of use of the system. After this time, the client can terminate the contract with 1 month notice.
Monthly payments
Our customers are invoiced on a monthly basis. The customer is obligated to pay all invoices within the time limit set on the invoices. Payments done after this time might cause to lock the program for use until payment has been received.
Responsibility
Canopy is not responsible for the Clients use of the products, or content of such. This is limited to providing the functionality of the software to the client. Canopy is responsible to give access to Clients area and paid services without any delay provided that there are no outstanding invoices to be paid to Canopy 24/7.
